SPEAKING OF... I downloaded a new true crime podcast for my commute called "Tally" -- its about the murder of that Proflaw blogger Dan Markel in Florida.
I was super excited to hear it, but to my horror one of the first voices to appear on Episode One was (God give me strength) DAVID LAT, who apparently wormed his way onto the pod as a commentator. Is there NO escape from Lat on this earth?
