Recruiting Laterals is Now My Problem

 I have to be a bit cryptic but apparently I'm now an unpaid headhunter, just like David Lat! 

It seems our lateral acceptance rates are a bit...lackluster and so associates at my firm are being "asked" for input on marketing materials.  I guess our cringy Instagram account isn't the hot lateral catcher it was supposed to be.
 
Specifically, we're being asked to submit lies verbiage about the great work/life balance and psychic benefits of working at my firm, with special emphasis on how warm and welcoming the firm is to laterals.  with big books of business.

Seriously, is anyone looking for a new job remotely influenced by blather about "firm culture" in a job posting or on a firm's career page?
