I dont think the LA Times knows what "secret" or "judges" means

You have to go to the fourth paragraph to realize they are talking about f*cking JAMS.  How are those "secret" judges and not, you know, mediators or arbitrators?  Do plebes not know that arbitrators exist?  Does the LA Times not know what an investigation is?
